If I were a boss

Being a boss means to be able to manage and deal with people of different color and race and also be able to treat them equally.

If I were a boss, I would make sure that I create a free environment with my subordinates, whereby I would create an open door for them to give ideas. Give myself time to evaluate their work and offer training to those that are lacking behind, give rewards to those who are excelling to motivate them and acknowledge their affords. Mostly, find out how they feel about the company and listen to their concerns because keeping your employees happy leads to good production  and positive results.
